How does Square affect my wage cost percentage?

Wage cost percentage is calculated against real revenue synced from Square, so the number you see while rostering reflects actual and forecast takings, not an estimate.

Is Square the only POS CrosCheq works with?

Yes, for now. Square is the only point of sale we integrate with today, with more on the way.

Do I still use Square for payments?

Yes. CrosCheq does not touch payments. Square keeps taking payments exactly as it does now, CrosCheq just reads the sales data to power rostering, wage cost and turnover reporting.
